Upon arrival at the hotel, our valet porter will give you a warm welcome and take care of your luggage. A welcome cocktail will be offered to you to appreciate the beauty and history of the site in the Charcot lounge where Commander Charcot himself prepared his expeditions to Antarctica. A visit of the hotel will then be proposed to you to immerse you in the place and its history. In the evening, you will taste the cuisine of Julien Hennote, a young Michelin-starred chef. The culinary experience begins with a mix of flavours based on seafood products. You will then enjoy a soft and peaceful night in one of our Prestige rooms with terrace.
Breakfast on board of the Fou de Bassan at 9am, you will discover the Emerald Coast and taste quality products. Return to the hotel for lunch at the Aquarium Bar. A break on the terrace where you can taste the "Ostra Regal" oysters accompanied by a drink. In the afternoon you can enjoy the solarium and relax in the heated outdoor swimming corridor overlooking the Prieuré Bay. Sunset time arrives, you embark on a trip to the Fou de Bassan to admire a fabulous sunset while enjoying some appetizers over a glass of champagne.
